Return Rules 

  • 14-day return window : you can return the item within 14 days after delivery.
  • Customer provides shipping cost in case they want to return the item.
  • No restocking fee is charged to the customer in any case.
  • Items should be returned in its package ,unbroken , functional, unused in a way that lowers its value ( like scratches , damages ,...etc ) , That is to enable us to resell it like new. Other wise damages fee may apply.
  • Please read the "Refunds" section ( down ) as well.

Final sale items

  • No final sale items , every order can be returned if it is unused. 

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred according to your location.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the period for delivery ( 3 days to prepare order + shipping period as shown on product page ( typically 3 to 15 business days ) + 7 days margin ) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
